How does that silver do in reflecting heat and UVA/UVB?? I'm planning a bit of a voyage on a long lake for about a week and don't want to sunblock every few hours.

As far as I can tell. my silver dodger reflects a lot of heat and all light including UVA/UVB.

as far as water, how much actually dumps inside in really rough conditions. Does the dodger get pushed down by the wind. It didnt appear so in the video.

Too bad they don't have the red

The dodger stays in shape really good even when serious water hits it and the wind doesn't effect it at all. You get some broken up spray that might hit at the top and hit you in the face. I have had a couple of waves that were high enough to hit me in the face and chest that were coming in more from the side. Most of the water that comes in is from the holes around the aka's and the mast hole. You could block those off quite easily and eliminate most of it.
I talked earlier about my boat being faster than the other two and I have to wonder if the dodger acts as an end plate for the sail reducing drag. When sheeted clear in it is only a few inches below the sail.

Dodger update....today I was putting the dodger on and the bungee cord on the rearmost fitting ripped from the material. I had been concerned about how few seams were holding all the cords and ropes together. I will have to take it to the local sail makers and have them do a real reinforcement job on all the weak areas.
I don't like the idea of having to go spend more money on this after having used it less than a dozen times. I just looked at the tag and yes, is was made in China.
