Hi Matt,
How can I know that my dealer is qualified to do repairs?
Are they factory trained or certified?

We don't have "certified" dealers. Only "authorized" to sell. Unfortunately there is no real dealer training in the US. They have started that with new dealers in Australia. We don't have the staffing for training dealers ... yet. Training is by technical bulletins and one-on-one when needed. Most repairs are rather simple though.
