I have a TI which I purchased used. This week I went to use the trampolines for the first time and found one of the supports missing. The Hobie dealer has never seen the item and the part listed is 25mm wide with plastic buckles whereas mine measures 40 mm and has stainless buckles with serrated teeth. EBay shows some trampolines from the states with the buckles like mine. I was hoping someone on the forum has some advice as to where I could find a replacement.
This is my first post and cannot figure out how to insert a picture.

We have never used stainless buckles so factory standard is what the dealer has and should work if the trampoline was made by us.

I found some from an eBay seller called racedaytramp who sells all sorts of trampoline gear.
