Just a short post to say I went for the 'paddle only' option yesterday in my local river and now it's the next morning and I still feeling a buzz from a most pleasant hour or so working the upper body. What a brilliant way to kill an hour rather than the alternative of watching sport on TV with the deckhand.
These little craft really are the 'full monty'....Pirate

:D :D Well what I am really saying Tom is that Hobie has certainly 'Alter'ed my general disposition for the better. :D :D... I guess the current owners, management and staff are really responsible for taking Hobie's fantastic dreams and evolving them further and for that I am truly thankful.....Pirate

Went paddling and peddling yet again today. I pushed the mirage drive pedals forward to the 7 positions so my legs would be straightened sufficiently to allow for some serious paddling whilst the feet were supported on the pedals. Dropped over into the water twice for a swim to get away from the heat and in all had a great afternoon on the Mitchell River. I did notice a better calf workout when the pedals are pushed forward which was desirable. These truly are great little craft...Pirate
