Fully rigged [sail furled, outriggers out] can I do any damage to the AI sitting at anchor? I noticed in the owners somthing about mooring in water can cause damage..

I can't imagine any damage would occur from a few hours sitting at anchor with plenty of rode out..

Cheers guys

Roller, I think the manual is referring to keeping the AI moored long-term, as in weeks or months. Given the poor quality of the coating on the aluminium parts of the boat, I think the manual is right, at least as far as salt water is concerned. The red models wouldn't enjoy the continuous sun exposure either - they seem to be prone to fading.
