Here I was thinking I had Shallow Inlet all to myself over Christmas/New Year and as I go cruising past Sandy Point to chase a Mirror and some windsurfers I spotted what looked like a yellow TI on a trailer at the launching area at Sandy Point! I thought it was getting ready to be launched but when I came back 10 minutes later it had gone.

Anyone we know? :D

Sorry;

Not me :P
But I will be down there over the next 5 weeks :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

I have 5 weeks holiday so I plan to be out and about. Crib point, Sandy Point, Balnaring, Chealsea - was down there yesterday (conditions bad :twisted: but went out anyway) and anywhere else there is water.

I have a fast Red TI :lol:
Hope to see you out there

Hehe, I'm on my way back toward the end of the week. Been getting some great sailing in down here. Breaking some personal speed records :D

Great constant wind and usually flat water. Can get some choppy areas down the channel as the wind builds up the waves.

Spotted a red TI on the roof of a van(?) headed back away from Wilsons Prom yesterday.

I've taken the tramps off lately due to the wind. Even rolled up they were hitting the water and it felt like brakes being jammed on. Even got my first real taste of "submarining". Yep, that's a bit of an eye opener first time it happens

Managed to break my first rudder pin (original black one) today. Think the damage was actually done yesterday though. Was getting some pretty good runs out on the inlet... :twisted:

Replaced with spare grey one kept onboard. Wish I could remember where I put the rest of the spares...

Now I know CGM that that camera of yours takes a pretty mean photo and video clip mate. You know what a famous AI sailor once said.

' It didn't happen without pics ! '

P.S. you're in with a chance in the photo comp. with that shot of Det at Lion Island. Don't forget to vote.
