:lol: We've had kayakers taken down by humpbacks out here, so it's not "unreal",.. :lol:

BTW, we spotted several straggler whales in Oahu waters while fishing last week. I guess like most visitors, they called in for a "Late Checkout". :wink:

There were a lot of kayak-whale YouTube videos this Spring from Southern California. The whales seemed to be feeding very close to shore. Don't forget that there is a Federal Marine Law prohibiting kayakers from paddling up to whales, but it is okay if the whales come to you.

Now THIS is unreal,... humpbacks recently went on a "peoplewatching" tour of Honolulu Harbor (where the whalewatch boats dock)!
