Using a sponge to remove the sand/dirt and using 303 on the seals seems a good idea.

Any other favorite lubes you folks would like to mention?

303 is generally more than sufficient for lubing seals plus it won't degrade them. A swipe on each about 2 or 3 times a year has been good for me.

Another tip - I open all hatches during storage to dry out hull and prevent compression spots in seals. The front hatch seals seem prone to a flat spot if left laid on it's seal.
