 JUst wondering if there are any Island owner close to Quebec city on the forum ?

My 2013 Papaya TI is bought and ready for pick-up. Just have to wait that snow melts, ice melt on the St Lawrence river and weather gets warmer, like -3 celsius today :(

Trailer almost ready, Hakas done, spray skirts on the work table, cart also on the work table

I was talking to the Canadian Rep for Hobie not too long ago. I think there's an appetite for Canadian Hobie owners to get together and have some social sails, etc. If I hear anything more, I'll be sure to announce it on the forums, so keep an eye out for any posts about Canadians. It looks like I'll be kept in the loop as to anything official, but as always, it's up to us owners to create opportunities for social sails as well.

Some thoughts and plans are underway. I'll keep the forums updated.

Hi Lomcevak,
you're not alone from the Quebec province (i live near Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu) et i have a tandem 2011. You'll have a lot of fun with your papaya in the fleuve Saint-Laurent. I've done a lot of expeditions and ride so if you have questions...ask!
Ciao!

I've been trying to find someone to join me with my AI for a trip from Kingston, Ontario to Ottawa along the Rideau Canal. Are any of you up for such a camping/kayaking/sailing adventure? I'm from the States but scouted out the Rideau two years ago and it looked like a great trip to try to do.
