Mine was a bit convoluted, but very logical. I had a Subaru Impreza WRX, commonly referred to around here as a "Rex". There was a famous TV advert for "Antz Pantz" women'panties, where a beautiful model is lying on the bed, with ants crawling over her, and she says to her pet anteater "Sic 'em Rex".

So I got the personalised numberplate"SIC EM", which was a great source of mirth and sidewalk cheers. However, I sold my Subaru, and the funds were used to buy my stationwagon, TI and trailer. So SIC EM lives on as the name of my TI.

I know what it means but I doubt anyone else does.
