Hi,
Does anyone know what material the island hatch covers are made of, and whether any glue works with that material please?

Thanks in anticipation!

Rotomolted plastic
As far as i know you can’t glue it, but you can weld it with a soldering iron
Iff you weld it at the underside of the hatch you wil hardly see it at the topside

Is this the answer you needed?

P.S. I am talking about the front hatch in the bow
The 8” hatches i don’t know or glue will stick on them, they are made from a diferend type of plastic

Gluing plastic is difficult and undependable. All parts of the rear hatch are available as replacement parts. That would be a much better solution.

Glue would not work well for that if at all. It would be best to use a bracket screwed to the cover.
