I thought the singles were roughly $1000 less than the tandems. Not that much less considering the price they were new. So no, numbers wise. Sell them both and use the money towards a new tandem. Isn't the single harder to get these days?

I bought 2 x older Adventure Islands about a year or so back (2009 models) but I'm just not getting the usage out of both of them that I'd hoped for. Mostly I lug both of them around and end up using just the one. I'm considering offering both in a trade for a Tandem island of about the same vintage. In general terms, what do you people think? Would that be considered a fair trade? Or wildly imbalanced in favour of one side or the other? |

Well obviously. I didn't think it needed to be said - but in very broad terms, assuming conditions are roughly equal, is this a fair trade? Or is it just a case of "hang it out there and see"? |

It may be simpler in the long run anyway to just sell them - then I can get what I want even if it means paying a bit more. |
