Just got my new TI and love it. Trying to figure out how to store it at home. Is it possible to lift the TI from either the handles or the crossbars? I would like to suspend it from the ceiling where I keep my Getaway. If lifting it from those points is bad, how wide a strap going under it would be needed to not deform the bottom of the hull?

Thanks -

Great question. I am having a similar dilemma. Not sure what the correct answer is but I have seen this link and it looks good.

Do not hang and model kayak from the handles! The plastic will give under constant load over time.

Hanging upside down supported at the crossbars would be best or use straps around the hulls.
