I have attached a few pics of my lightweight kayak trailer. It is constructed from extruded aluminum (8020.net). It is 53.5" wide x 70" long with independent suspension. The wheels/tires were purchased from Ebay. They are from a Kawaski Ninja 250 (16" wheels highway rated speeds). It also features a removable 8' tongue/coupler. This will allows for compact storage. The tongue has several sections of 1/8" thick Lexan and .094 thick teflon impregated delrin to act as gliders to aid in inserting and removal of the tonge/coupler and results in very little side to side play. There is a quick release pin that keeps the tongue engaged. I plan to purchase a TI someday & mount the TI sadles to the trailer & add a removable Stoltz roller on a slide similar to the tongue slider. http://s1120.photobucket.com/albums/l493/flatkansas/
