After finding out about the AIs back in May and getting an in-the-water demo in June, I finally brought a red one home, yesterday evening. Heck, it did 70 mph headin' home on the roof rack but I don't guess that part counts.

I've been fooling with the positioning of things on my Thule rack, this morning, but hope to get out on the water somewhere later and see how fast I can go without the car and rack attached.

I'm in Beaumont in southeast Texas, are there any AI owners in this area or around the east Texas lakes?

Bill

Yep, I live just east of Houston. However, I like to go to Sabine Pass. I like the fishing in the area. Especially at night. I'll be going on the upcoming full moon. Oct. 3. Several commercial docks in the area have lights for specks and reds. And a beach not to far away provides good flounder and red action at night.
