I can't believe found a suitable time so quickly. We're getting good at this.
Hmmm.
Just as well your wife realised Slaughter!
At least it's still early in our planning!
OK -some new dates.
I can do the following two weeks with the same days in mind. After that I can do the last two weeks of May but only really the Sat -Tues option.
Mickey,
I'm still trying to find camping sites we could pull up to in the kayaks. Honeymoon Bay is a possible and Bristol Point would be more suitable than Greenpatch.
At least my wife is on the ball. How bout we go the following week, same plan, ie: Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun. With backup depending on weather Sat Sun, Mon, Tues. Sorry for the stuff around. How does that fit with everyone ?
Look'n forward to this one. Just hope we can get the camping sorted out. Hmmmm......how big is this houseboat of yours Mickey ?
My new 65 litre dry'ish bag came through the mail today. Hope to give it a go over the weekend to see how dry. It takes sleeping bag, 2 bed rolls, tent, pillow, boots and warm camp shirt and pants, and fit the AI's back well like a finger in a donut. I spose now I'd better get onto that hammock project as a backup plan just in case the camping fun police are on patrol.
P.S. There is no way I'm tell'n the mates at work that I'm going to Honey Moon Bay with some blokes I've met on the net.
