I can verify this advice as "Excellent" - Thanks!

I will add that an offset screwdriver would have been handy. Using an allen wrench to remove the old piece was easy, trying to use a screwdriver to get the new one in was a pain. Not having an offset screwdriver handy, I was able to put a screwdriver in the slot "sideways" to tighten the new screw.
