Matt, thanks for the diagram. Here's my additional Q

For issue #1, i think i can easily pull out these 3 loops (see picture ) and put back in after untying the 3 knots along the limiter line. I hope that s enough increase otherwise ill just cut and add more line.

For issue #2. I added arrow to Tom's attached image. This edited picture shows my interpretation of below instruction;
"pull on the up control line until the turning block hardware clears away from the aft control line conflict area" .
So ill be moving the block in the picture forward couple of inches beyond the limiter line.
And to accomplish this, ill be shortening the up control line by half a foot not just couple of inches.

Apologize if im confusing others.
Ler me know if my interpretation of issue 2 is completely incorrect and ill just go to my dealer for further explanation. English is my second language so i really appreciate your patience guys.

Thanks
Nap

Sounds correct!

The only limitation to pulling the block forward is a fully lowered rudder. If you shorten the up line too much, you can't fully lower the rudder. Therefore the instruction to adjust while the rudder is cleated down... and test before you cut any line.

Correction to the previous picture i posted. I reversed the direction of the arrow.

Also here's a video showing how limiter is conflicting with up-rudder line. This is after i untied the 3 knots along the limiter line but with no adjustment made to the up-rudder- control line. Just so we can fully understand why adjustment is needed to the up rudder control line.

http://youtu.be/CTCkwa9P81U

I did everything using my iphone. I was not able to trim the video. Just stop watching when it started showing lowes bucket :D

For now i just removed the limiter since no one is against this. By removing the limiter i dont need to adjust the up rudder line anymore. This is just my own quick solution but will consider the two fixes from Matt when removal of limiter post future problem to me.

Also for removing the limiter i have to loosen up the two steering line adjustment screws to easily remove the limiter.

The only issue i have now is my rear and front steering controls. They are not align. See front and rear tiller in the attached picture. I have the rudder max out to the right. I dont see an easy fix to this so ill just keep like this until someone presents an easy way to fix this.

I have the same problem with my steering handles, they aren't in alignment. Seems like the only way to adjust that is to adjust the length of the line between the two, so nothing you (or I) have done should affect that.

So far I've left mine alone, though I did rotate the handles 90 degrees so "straight ahead" is (more or less) out to the side, easier to hang onto it and I don't have to shove it under my leg to go right.

This is one of the things that temperature can vary. The hulls expand and contract by as much as a 1/2 inch I am told.
