I am continually scooting forward to grab the secondary line to furl the sail, and am considering replacing it with a longer line. Is there any other reason other than it will be too big for the windup spool not to use a longer one? Also, considering mounting eye guides on the right side so there isn't so much loose line lying around;anyone see a problem with that? Thanks in advance for feedback. Note: I unscrewed the seat plugs, hammered them in to holes, and re-screwed them to the seat as suggested. Works great! Seat stays in place. Another forum thank you.

Tie the ends of both lines together that makes the lines the right length and gives you control of both lines without leaving the seat. Otherwise one is always too long while the other is too short.
