I see you have the nose end going in first. I thought the front weighed more but have been putting it in my Tacoma tail first. Do you find it sits better?

Perhaps it's just a matter of being lazy. I wheel it up, place the bow on the bed extender, lift the stern and shove. No tugging or bow dragging. When unloading, the cart is locked on while the boat is still on the truck, then slid off and loaded. The boat is well supported and lifting is minimized. Height of the bed extender is set so there is no rocking; the boat ties off solidly. That's the quickest, easiest way to do it for me. 8)
