Received this email:

Aloha Matt,

I was wondering if you could post these pictures of my Hobie ProAngler. I love my ProAngler and wanted to share all of the wonderful features available that one can add if they deem useful.

I have added the Live Bait Well, Depth/Fish Finder, Anchor Trolley System, Drift Chute, VHF Radio, GPS, Custom Fish Bag, Plug-in-Cart, Many Additional Rod Holders Etc..etc..

My wife also purchased a hero head camera for me. Late yesterday I got caught out on the ocean in one hell of an off shore wind storm. The suddenly the swells increased substantial along with what I believe to have been 45 mile an hour winds. I didn't get back to shore until after dark and had to come in far from were I launched. Thank the heavens above I had the Hobie Mirage Drive System. I always bring an extra set because the conditions on Maui can change quick but please give a big hug to whomever invented the Hobie Mirage Drive System. I did record my adventure with my head camera trying to make it back in so I will send that at a later date.

Sincerely

Mark Joslin AKA: Maui Mark

Thanks again Matt,

As soon as my wife gets back in town I'm sure she can help me figure it out for future postings.

Is that a fish eye lens on your camera?

Aloha Thinwater,

Yes it is a fisheye lens. Because I'm trying to catch fish I figured that I should get the fisheye lens:)

It also helps the fish look bigger and believe me I could use some help with that.

Best Regards

Aloha Troutbum,

If you haven't installed a Depth/Fish Finder you might considering doing so before fishing season starts. For many reasons it is a great tool.

Best Regards

Mark

Ya, fishfinder is on the top of my list, if I sell my spare Mirage Drive I think that's what the funds will go towards?

Aloha Troutbum,

I live in the middle of the pacific and the ocean can change without warning. One of the safety precautions that I bring with me is an extra set of Mirage Drive system. When I first started i did not think I would ever need a second set but I soon realized that it was one of those additional safety measures. I only say this in case later on you might wish you had an extra set.

Ok I went and signed up for Photobucket as suggested by Yakkingaway on one of your threads so I could try and post pictures on this site. So her it goes yet again my efforts to post some pictures in this reply.

Well he is correct....it is as clear as mud! I'm very confused and frustraited:(

1) Not that I'm doing other things correct but do you check the box or do you not check the box Disable BBCode?
2) I write the text and click on the Img button. Then (img) (/img) apears in the post where i have written the text. What do I do then?

Thanks

"Disable BBCode" (should be un-clicked)

Type or copy the URL into the post. Select the entire URL and then hit "Img" button to place the [img] before the url and [/img] after..

I have clicked to disable the BBCode in this reply to show you this is how the image code should look:

Yep, like Matt said. My mistake was I was hitting the img button, pasting the link then hitting the img button again. Once I did it the way Matt suggested, it went smooth, just make sure you are viewing a bigger picture, not the thumbnail when you copy the link.

Thank you, Thank you....Matt, Troutbum and Yakkingaway for all of your combined efforts and assistance to help me figure out how to post pictures. Wow I did this with out the assistance from my wife and while I was babysitting my 2 year old grandson. Gotta love that duct tape:)

Here is a recent picture of one of the Uku's that i caught off of my ProAngler. Uku is the local term for Gray Snapper which is a prize catch and very good eating. Thanks again for all of the help.
