cart makes a lot of noise. sounds like I have cards in the spoke of a bicycle. It was annoying at the jbay tourney, I though they just needed to be broken in. I think the tire rubs the hub making the noise, there is no binding and without the weight of PA it's quiet. Anyone else have this issue?

Hummm... never heard (no pun intended ;)) that one. Maybe grit between the axel and hub? Maybe add some oil?

Remy,
I just received the Heavy Duty plug-in cart and found that the wheel axle pins tend to scratch at the wheel hub ribs and make the sound you describe. Invert both pins within the wheel axle hole and you've got quiet pushing or pulling.
I'm not certain whether the trax cart runs with similar wheel axle pins or not. the HD cart axle pins have a short 90 degree piece that I had to point away from the wheel hub.

I haven't yet hit the sand or soft soil with the HD cart but I expect they'll work OK.
