I want to tell everyone that the new steering handle and steering system on the new Pro Anglers is absolutely out of this world.

I my old Pro Angler, I had the steering (like everyone else) on one corner of my seat. I was constantly having to make adjustment and my bow seemed to swing from side to side(even with the new steering drum).

I don't experience any of the above on my new 2011 Pro Angler. What a pleasure it is to guide trough the water..........I mean pure pleasure.

If Hobie makes this steering system available as an add on, get it.

Pure pleasure!!!!

Mythman,
I was just curious as to whether you had rigged your new Hobie any differently than your old one? Have you learned anything new in rigging that you would like to share? Thanks in advance!

Sorry for the slow response, haven't been on this board in a while.

No sir, I did not learn much as I rigged my new kayak the same as the old one. I liked it the way I had it before.
