I was told they were being drop shipped from Hobie. Then I got a note from a dealer today telling me that they need me to make payment arrangements before they will order them from Hobie (which isn't a problem for me). Not sure where anything is right now. I'll certainly give Mariner Sales a call Monday morning. Thanks. |

I have order Hobie Pro Angler parts from Austin Canoe and kayak, that they didn't have in stock and have had it dropped shipped to me. I am greatly surprised that you say they won't order parts for you. I have never had anything but superior service from Austin Canoe and Kayak. |

I really don't know what to tell you other than that they wouldn't even get back to me - an email on their website form, a private email direct to them, and a phone call. I can't visit them in person so I pursued another avenue. |
