I plan on finally buying a pro angler and would like to ask what items i will need to get to safely fish the day i bring her home. I know i need a pfb and whistle but i want to make sure i am not supposed to carry anything else if i am stopped by the marine patrol.

I fish in apollo beach and cockroach bay and plan on primarily fishing flats and grove lines. Does anyone use a stake out pole or anchor etc. for similar fishing.

I am new to the site so i am sorry if this has been beat to death already.
