Hi Matt,

Just received my new Hobie Torqueedo for my Pro Angler and love what I see so far. While checking everything out I did notice one thing......no where on the box or the enclosed literature does it indicate whether this is a Version 1 or 2 so how do you determine what version it is? Because I was told the newer version would have more battery capacity I waited until the newer version became available before placing the order with my local Hobie dealer.

Thanks, Jim

Part number on the invoice would be different... 72022030

We were out of V1 awhile ago, so if just delivered from us... has to be V2. We just started shipping within the week.

Matt,

So Invoice # 72022030 would indicate the unit being Version 2? What was the Invoice # for the Version 1 units?

Jim

Matt,

Correct me if I'm wrong, so if Invoice # is 72022030 then it is a V2 but an Invoice # 72021030 would indicate a V1 correct?

That's how I understood it.
