I know , the PA cost alot...I think too much...scratching,grinding,drilling, storing, carrying it all post problems with it's fresh look and value. I think the PA was meant to use not baby and I put it through it's challenges on rocky islands and launch points. I don't believe it's that fragile. Is it ??? I carry it in my truck bed, roll it over on it's side to mount the wheels, store it upright on two (2) sawhorses.. drill holes in it for accessories. stand in it, drag it sometimes and never wash it but I use it. My Old Town 138 was used in the same way and it looks used but is still real good !!! Is this neanderthal thinking ? I could be more careful and I do not beat on the PA but in the summer I use it alot and it still is in great shape. I feel from the post that this boat is fragil and I don't see it... Thanks
I agree Hobie makes a well built product, whatever kayak you have, fish it hard and get everything you can out of it!!
