I appreciate your effort to setup a PA Facebook page, but it seems to me it simply duplicates what we already have here on the forum. Not sure I understand the point. Plus, those forum users that are not on FB or active FB users will miss out on info shared there rather than here on the forum.

Please understand, I’m not trying to be critical, but bifurcation of data is never a good idea in my book.

im not trying to take anything away from this forum, i just want to have a fb page to share stuff with fellow pa owners, i get on fb everyday and its just easier to post stuff there and i will stiff come here to check out stuff and post and i will share ideas that are posted there on here and vice versa, the more the merry right! check it out its growing nicely. theres alot more people on facebook then on here, and if this page makes one person want to buy a pa, then it has served its purpose!

To me this forum serves as a good place to share information on the Pro Angler that has the visibility of the Hobie staff. That is a key benefit here. I'm not a big Facebook user, but there are many folks that are.

I don't see any issue with multiple Facebook sites as a way for folks to interact. It's up to us individually where we want to interact on the Internet. There are plenty of Kayak forums that do the same thing. Just my 2 cents worth.

I can't access Facebook from work, but will check it out from home. Thanks!
