Im picking up my new PA friday and im getting a fishfinder installed and was wanting to know what else i should maybe get i have some stuff im upgrading from a perception pescador but am looking forward to the PA

Rod holders up front. I have two Scotty rod holders (one on each side) that I use in flushmounts on the accesory boards. Whatever type you get, they are a must have, in my opinion. That said, I agree with what's been said in other threads about taking the boat out and getting a feel for where you will want things before you start drilling holes. Obviously, the PA will feel far different than your previos craft. Think about how far forward the rod holders should be and how high when you are sitting. If you stand often, as I do, think about how you will want your gear positioned. Then go home, consider your mutltitude of accessory options, and have fun customizing!

I have my fish finder on my right board. So I hade the pole holders up front more. Scottys of course. I hade to buy the exstenders to move them closer to me. Thats ok cause I like them. But think how you want it before drilling. By the way I have on on each board, rod holders that is. Anchor trolly would also be suggested. :?:
