My best advise is to go slow with adding to the PA
If you look at some of the various rigging ideas here and on other websites, some folks try to put everything they can think of on their kayaks. Lots of these set-ups look like homeless fishermen.
Start out with the basics. Even then, don't go drilling any holes to mount these basic items. Go out a few times and get a "feel" of where you want to mount them. Is it going to be in the way of the fishing rod/paddling/or out of reach?
While your style/type fishing will dictate the most logical rigging, here is my basic Get Started rigging list:
1. Anchor Trolly
2. Rod holders
3. Stakeout Pole/Anchor
4. Softside Cooler
Remember, the purpose of "Pimp" rigging is nothing more than keeping you entertained while not fishing. Most "Pimp" usually gets in the way when fishing!
