Great idea! I can barely reach mine on top of my 4x4 truck/camper ladder rack. I'm curious if the loader extends higher so it can be used for additional length support when transporting? I think that would help with short vehicles...especially when going down the highway with stiff side winds. I've considered getting an SUV with better gas mileage but have been a little leery about transporting with such a short span? A trailer would work but would be one more thing to store in the garage and cart around town.

That's awesome! Excellent idea. I might have to find a way to rig something like that up for my Oasis. My wife isn't a big fan of helping me lift it.

(Hey! Tandem kayak means two people to lift it right?? ... not always in my house!)
