I needed a stronger paddle for pushing off the bottom etc. The stock kayak paddle are too light to push very hard with. I found a used aluminum handeled canoe paddle. I took the u shaped connector with the velcro off the stock paddle, found a balance point on the new paddel, screwed it on to the new paddle. Works well. It stays out of the way and is strong enough for a push pole. Jim PS Dallas is close enough for a weekend trip here. We have the White River along with both Beaver lake and Tablerock lake. Holler if you come this way. Jim |
