Well, here she is.... The Beast!! You don't have to do much complicated rigging with this boat (notice I did not say kayak). Since, I already own a bunch of Scotty stuff, I simply added three Scotty Mounts (1 for the FF and 2 for the Rod Holders). I included two Scotty Extensions so that the Rod handles do not interfere with my peddling. The FF is in the ideal location for viewing and access. All I had to do was install the Transducer using a Humminbird adaptor and route the wiring in the provided holes. I located the battery under the back hatch in the tackle tray provided (not pictured). This keeps the battery easily accessible and high and dry.

In the fourth picture, you will see that I did add a "fat man pull up handle" to assist in standing up and sitting down.

Based on the advice of others, I did modify the Hobie cart by adding a couple of tennis balls to cushion the contact with the scuppers.

Sweet rig!
I really like the "fat man handle" idea. Looks much less expensive than the H-Bar and should work fine. I have bad knees and that should help.
Thanks

Simple is nice... good luck and happy "boating".
