I just found a crate at Sears that is of the same quality construction of a milk crate, but it's a bit wider and fits just right behind the seat of a Pro Angler. hopefully the following picture will help. I found it in the tool department on clearance.

Neat. The bigger size is good. I use a old dairy crate and was lucky last year visiting the Cabela's clearance room. I found a padded case that fits around the crate with extra pockets on the outside and a way to clip the cover into the handles of the crate. There is also a real heavy duty shoulder strap. So at day's end if I feel the need to re-gear some of the contents, I can easily carry the whole thing up from the lake. The sunscreen and bug dope are within easy reach in those outer pockets, along with a pile of other goodies. I will look through my photos and see what I might have at my winter home.
