Anyone having to store their PA outside? I don't have inside storage room for my PA. Park it out under the trees to keep the sun off, but it fills with junk that falls all the time. Have tired and looked at several covers and have found nothing that fits very well.
Would like to find a cover that completely encloses without having to go to a custom maker.
Any help would be appreciated.

Ours has been stored either outside in a campsite or on the roof of the truck for the two years we have owned it. I recently bought some Sunbrella Sunflower which matches the Papaya to make a cover for the PA14.

Has your papaya faded any in those two years?

I bought a jon boat cover from Cabelas as transport cover. Mine is a 12 footer. They also have one for 14 foot. Cost me $50. It fits nicely.

Just to add, kudos to Hobie the Papaya has not faded one bit. And we are always in the sun. Suits our clothes LOL

The papaya will fade where it is not a smooth surface. Actually, much of the fading is because dirt/grim gets into the grainy surface. Clean it good with a soft brush/soap and then give it a coat of a UV protectant.
