Should be basically mid-ship. I believe the v-notch is there for either steering cables to pass through or the cable that you use to retract the kick-stand for the vantage seat.

Just bought a demo PA 14 from Sunjammers in Panama City Beach, thanks for the great deal Brad. It needed a little cleaning up but basically looks new. Got a question, actually more than one but one will do for now. I know there are foam bricks throughout the interior for support but there where two white cylinder ones with a V notch on one end not secured just rolling around. Anybody know where they go? |

They were not secured in my brand new PA so I think its just meant to be. |
