Has anyone tried these out yet? I will be gearing up a pro 14 in the not too distant future and trying to get the best gear possible to outfit it. I will be fishing the Long Island sound.

I have four on order.......

I've held one (prototype), but not used one on the water....everything I've heard from Luther, Chad Hoover and others, is that these are "it".
The Zooka/RAM Tube Jr. are a result of RAM and YakAttack putting they're heads together to come up with an all around better rod holder than the market has seen.

.......I can't wait to get mine installed on the PA12 & Revo 11. :D

Picked up one from YakAttack and gave it a try last week. Worked great. Very stable and easy to use. Highly recommend it.

Has anyone used it on the ocean/ rough water? I don't want to lose a rod.

I just purchased a Zooka tube and its very secure. No doubt leash your rods but the Zooka tube is very secure in how it holds your rods.
