I finally took my PA14 to the Texas Coast last month. It was my first time fishing in that area and heard it gets really skinny. I was worried how the PA will handle it. In some areas I had to pull the mirage drive out and use my paddle, but in most cases I would flutter the mirage drive thru a 1ft of water with ease. I wasn't disappointed to say the least. I loved how I could stand and sight cast for reds, which I couldn't do with my old kayak before. I caught mostly small stuff on this trip, but was still fun! Anyway, here's a clip where I got into a school of speckle trout only to catch a small one. :( lol
