I have both a 1" and a 1.5" ram ball on an H-bar mount from Hobie. I use the 1.5" for my Yak Attack rod holder.

Any rod holder made to fit a 1 1/2" ball will work. Zooka tubes, Ram etc..pick your poison.

Hobie will have an H-Rail rod holder in the coming months.

In the meantime we have the Ram Ball H-Rail Clamp:

I just picked up the RAM Revolution rodholder this afternoon, and I was generally happy with the product. It was a snap to install (without tools), and it felt really sturdy once installed. Moreover, it looks like it will accommodate a number of different rod/reel combinations.
