Making some progress, the motor mount and wiring are done, made a switch panel to replace one of the rod holders.ImageImageImageImage

Your switch panel looks very similar to what I did last year.

One thing I have noticed is that sometimes I turn on/off a switch with my big feet, but then again I lave longs legs being 6'6".

Thanks I saw yours and used it for inspiration, I even bought the same panel but I wanted to add the second voltmeter for the motor battery so I used the parts from it.
Pretty much all done, finished the wiring , installed the Seadek and Anchor Wizard. Now just need some soft water to dial it in.

Wow, talk about fully decked out. Sweet looking ride. Do I see 2 Lowrance units? I'm adding the H-rail upgrade to my 2014 PA14 this weekend along with a new Lowrance 7TI. Do you have any closeups of how you mounted the larger unit to your rail?

Sure no problem, my Elite 7X Chirp doesn't have GPS so I have a separate unit. I used the rectangular ball mount plate and short extension. I wasn't sure but the ball mounts are really solid.

Thanks for the pics. I think I know what I need to order now to mount mine correctly.
