Ok, I want to mount the mounting ball next to the rudder covers rear corner, as per most of the pictures of 403's
mounted on this forum, I get that.
But how in the world can I get my arm in there far enough to put the backing plate on and put the nuts and
washers on the bolts ??????
It seems the farthest I can stretch through the round hatch it to touch the rear screw boss of the rudder cover, which
isn't far enough to reach the spot where the bolts will come through, let alone be able to negotiate the backing plate and nut threading.
Am I missing the obvious?

I Figured it out. You have to pull the rear twist and stow hatch assembly out so you can get
more of your arm in. :D

you can also roll the the Yak on its side with Starboard side up ( makes putting washers and nuts on much easier) and have a youngster with thinner arms reach in for the backup...no need to remove hatch this way...

It'd be cool if The 2018 PA could mount the evolve in a rear mirage drive well, kinda like the Ocean Kayak Torque. I've been using the evolve since 2012 and love it, but would like to be able to use both the mirage drive and the evolve together.
