My indicator arrow is not in sync with the lower unit when turning it. What is the fix for this issue?

Are you Installing the 360 drive with the arrow facing forward and the drive handle forward to begin with? if not before you insert the drive turn the 360 handle so it is pointing forward then twist the bottom portion of the drive until the arrow pointer is pointing forward as well, then install the drive into the socket when all are lined up.

on edit I misread your issue. I understand it now as the issue is contained within the unit.
