It's been about 6 weeks since a warranty 360 Drive replacement was filed and no word yet about it's expected arrival. Has anyone else had this kind of problem? The bearings in my drive have been falling out. I'm afraid to take it out and get stuck.

Is there any information from the company as to how long this is going to take?

I haven't personally dealt with that exact issue, but I've heard some folks complain about slow response times from customer service. It might be worth reaching out to the company again to see if they can give you an update on the expected arrival.
