Oooowwww. Now that's good. The photo asks for heaps of answers Aussie. How have you got the camera mounted ? What is that on the horizon ? Is the dolphin jumping out of the water or just doing the usual up and unders ? Great shot.

The camera (GoPro) is mounted on a 600mm railblaza camera mount in a starport at the stern of the kayak about 4" from the end. I have the boom angled out to the side and with an elevation of about 12-15" above deck - camera boom has swivels at top and bottom to enable this.

On the Horizon is a fishing boat, and well in front of me but hidden in this shot is another TI.

We were intercepted by a large pod of dolphins who were busy feeding on a school of fish - the school was moving quite fast and crossed our path so that we found ourselves in the middle of the feeding .

The shot is a single frame lifted from the video I was shooting which is up on youtube here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l7JkuU4MZ48

I don't go much on the mast of that 9th Hobie on the end. What's he got a crows nest ? Who took the shot Larry ? Was there another Hobie off camera ? Great shot.

And to SunE what a nice spot. And Johnny, sailing in the Greek Islands, I think you are living our dream.

The standard is pretty hot this year hey !
