Recently saw someone selling (what he claimed) was a Hobie 23.

Did Hobie EVER make a 23 foot cat?

Thanks

Hobie 23? a 33 maybe? The Hobie 33 is a monohull. There was a power boat that was about 20 feet too, but designed and built by a licensed company.

Oh man,

This is has to be the goofiest looking bastardizing of a Hobie ever seen :!: :(

It's worth a look...I guess (this is really bad), it's listed on ebay as 23 Ft. Hobie Cat with Aluminum Trailer.

Personally, I think the guy should ignite one of the propane bottles and put the poor 18 out of her misery.

I think John Eaton has the right idea
It took me a minute to find it but here's the link if you want to join the party :

 Why waste a couple good hulls ? I bet this thing would fly with a 40 to 50 horse outboard attached to that transom-seat-thing. Real Frankenboat stuff  Buhwahaha!!!
