There have been a number of threads about moving a cat on the beach without beach wheels, but never anything about beach rollers. Anyone used them? Here are several pics from the web:

Looks like a hole-through-the-middle boat fender would work just as well. On the tramp out of the way when out, off tramp and put them under the hulls on a beach. Hate even thought of grinding gelcoat.

I think they would work- they move barges off land with inflated rolls like that. My issue is they would need to be really fat and strong to go over the rocks I have.
