I just ran across these two books on Google books:

Catamaran Sailing: From Start to Finish by Phil Berman

Catamaran Racing: From Start to Finish by Phil Berman

I own the first book and it is a great beginner book to help you grasp the basics. I plan to read the second over christmas break.

I thought it was pretty cool that these are available for free. Post on here if you find any other good sailing books of interest.

Actually maybe they aren't complete books... :oops: At least it is part of the book....
