Today we announced the purchase of Hobie Cat Europe. This is effective 9-1-2012. Hobie Cat USA now owns Hobie Cat Europe and have put the Hobie Cat company back together again as one company after 23 years split into two by Coleman when they sold us into two separate companies. Nothing has yet changed as far as availability of Hobie Cat Europe boats, but the process of getting products here is changed. We will now be deciding what products to build in Europe and importing here and visa verse. We will be working on that in the coming year.
