Got my small boat sailing badge in the scouts, sailed small in the carib, I want to sail from home. and I mean from home. I live on the west side of brooklyn, 1 block away from the waterfront. 69th street pier to be exact. I'd pick up a fibreglass hull, but taking it down the street and launching would be a pain. Does anyone have experience with any of the inflatable hull cats? are they and good? any distributors in the states? ideally I want to stow the thing in my garage, cart it to the water, set it up, and go.any insights would be appreciated. |

Look into the adventure island, you can pull it on a cart and it folds up pretty well. Inflatables performance sucks. The adventure island also can be paddled (by hand or feet). |
