Ive been sailing Hobies all my life. Buying, fixing, sailing, selling, 14,16,17, wave...etc..probably sounds familiar to alot of you so far..
I Just purchased a wave. Used to own one and havnt sailed in a couple of years. This one is a 2006 compared to the 1996 I used to own. I solo 99% of the time and sail when it blowing at least 15 knts, just love the simplicity of the wave.

Are there any local clubs, fleets etc here on LI. Would love to blast around with some people.
If not lets connect here and start something up. On an Island with over 100 miles of coastline Im shocked there isnt something set up. I know about sailing Hecksher but is there somewhere else local people gather to sail? Lets connect!

Thanks in advance.
Todd

A quick search came up with this facebook page:

https://www.facebook.com/events/192235517605598/

It is for the Long Island Catamaran Sailing Association. I hope this helps.
